DP Support, Sport & Well-Being
DP Support are very excited to announce that Mike Thwaites has been appointed as our Head of Sports & Well-Being.
This is a new project for DP Support and in the coming months we'll (Mike) will be developing a calendar of events, this will be open to all, not just individuals that DP Support, supports but everyone!!
Mike is drawing up a plan of weekly and fortnightly sessions, some of which will be around well-being ( both physical health and mental health), nutrition and we'll be able to tailor our sessions to individual aspects of well-being.
